Corrections are the most useful message we receive. This page also sets out plainly what a publisher cannot help you with.

Corrections
If something in this document is wrong, tell us. Corrections to matters of fact are made as soon as we can verify them. If you can point to published work that answers one of the questions in the open questions register, or that would change a verdict in the evidence register, that is the most useful message we can receive and it will be acted on.
Write to corrections at polynucleotidestherapy.co.uk. Please include the section number, which appears at the top of every page and in the left margin on larger screens.
Editorial
General editorial correspondence goes to editor at polynucleotidestherapy.co.uk. We read everything. We do not accept guest articles, contributed content, sponsored articles or link placements, and we do not respond to those approaches.
The practitioner listing
Enquiries about the paid listing go to listing at polynucleotidestherapy.co.uk. Before writing, please read the listing page in full, including the criteria, the rate, and the list of what we will not list at any price. The rate is not negotiable and the criteria are not flexible, and saying so here saves both of us a conversation.
Newsletter sponsorship
Enquiries go to sponsor at polynucleotidestherapy.co.uk. The rate and the list of what sponsorship cannot buy are on the newsletter page. Both are published rather than quoted because they are the same for everyone.
What we cannot help with
We are a publisher, not a clinic. We cannot give you medical advice, assess your suitability for a treatment, comment on a result, recommend a practitioner, or tell you whether what happened to you was negligent. We do not have clinicians on staff and it would be wrong for us to pretend otherwise.
If you have a clinical concern after treatment, contact your practitioner. If you cannot reach them, use NHS 111 online, or an emergency department for severe pain, visual symptoms or a systemic reaction. The section on what to do if something goes wrong sets out the escalation route and the complaints routes in full.
Press
press at polynucleotidestherapy.co.uk. We are happy to explain the evidence position, the verdict vocabulary and the funding model, and to be quoted on any of it.
Publisher
This document is published by Northbank Media. Correspondence about the publisher rather than about this document should go to the editorial address above and will be forwarded.
Revisions to this document
This reference is revised when the evidence changes. Subscribe and you will be told what was revised, what the verdict was before, and what it is now.
One email when this document is revised, with what changed and why. Any sponsor line is labelled as such and can never influence an evidence verdict. Rates are published on the newsletter page. We do not sell, share or rent the list. Unsubscribe from any email.
